The goal should be clear for Europe: becoming the premier destination for global AI experts, a place where talent is not just attracted but nurtured, retained, and empowered to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve. As competing regions become less open or predictable, Europe has a unique opportunity to position itself as a global hub for AI research and development and address its shortage of highly skilled AI talent.
